Craig Svandrlik

As Industrial Sales Manager for the Western region, Craig Svandrlik oversees rental, sales, and customer support, ensuring clients receive top-tier service and equipment solutions. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and double minors in Marketing and Fine Arts, Craig combines industry knowledge with a strategic approach to sales and rentals.
For 14 years, he has been a trusted resource for the West Coast market, providing high-quality rental and sales solutions across the region. His goal is to help establish Rock Rental as the industry’s go-to rental house, offering unmatched reliability and customer service.
When he’s not working, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, especially at the beach, soaking up the sun and playing in the water. His passion for both work and family reflects his dedication to creating lasting relationships—whether with clients or loved ones.
Randy Dickens
Territory States:

Randy Dickens serves as Rock Rental’s Northeast Regional Manager, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record of building high-performing dealer networks and driving strategic growth.
Before joining Rock Rental, Randy spent over a decade with Federal Signal, where he served on the Executive Leadership Team and held multiple leadership roles. Throughout his career, he managed both direct sales and complex mixed distribution networks of more than 20 dealers across 50+ locations. He led large teams of direct reports while coordinating with cross-functional contributors across rental, sales, operations, and support functions.
Randy is known for his hands-on, relationship-first approach. He believes success is built not only on strong customer partnerships but also on cohesive, mutually beneficial dealer relationships. In his role at Rock Rental, Randy will focus on helping contractors and dealers grow their businesses by identifying new revenue opportunities. He is committed to developing strategies that support long-term success and strengthen all aspects of the business for both Rock Rental and its partners.
A firm believer that “we’re not in the facilitation business — we’re in the creation business,” Randy is passionate about coaching contractors and dealers on how to expand into new service lines, secure plant contracts, and unlock additional profit potential through strategic equipment rentals.
Based in the Fort Mill, South Carolina area, Randy covers the Northeast United States and spends much of his time on the road meeting with customers and dealers to build strong, lasting partnerships.
A self-proclaimed foodie (along with the rest of his family), Randy enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, and their two children, Quinn and Fletcher. Whether cheering on soccer tournaments, traveling with family, or enjoying time on Lake Wylie, he values the balance between professional dedication and family life.
Tim Van Til

As Midwest Industrial Sales Manager, Tim Van Til is responsible for driving sales and rentals while also serving as a regional sales manager for renters through dealerships. With over 26 years of experience in the underground industry—including 10 years with Sewer Equipment/Rock Rental—Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. His passion for providing high-quality equipment solutions is evident in his goal to “pepper the world with Sewer Equipment products.”
A proud graduate of Purdue University, Tim holds both an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree, equipping him with the skills and insight to excel in the field.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, boating, and riding motorcycles. Whether he’s on the water or the open road, his adventurous spirit and dedication to his craft make him a valuable part of the Rock Rental team.
Brian Adcock

As Southeast Regional Sales Manager, Brian Adcock plays a key role in generating sales and rentals for Rock Rental across the Southeastern region. His industry knowledge and customer-focused approach make him a valuable asset to both the company and the clients he serves.
A 2007 graduate of Auburn University, Brian brings a strong background in business and a deep understanding of the region’s unique needs. His passion for building relationships and providing top-tier equipment solutions has helped him establish a trusted reputation in the industry.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports enthusiast. He loves playing golf, traveling to new destinations, and cheering on his kids in their various sports activities. His dedication to both his career and personal life reflects his commitment to excellence—a trait that makes him a perfect fit for Rock Rental.
